ISKF History

1957 Founded by Grand Master Kikichi Kazuo.
1976 Okubo Katsumi is appointed as Grandmaster of Sapporo Branch from Grand Master Kikichi Kazuo.
1983 Grand Master Kikichi Kazuo passed away.
1985 Seishinryu karate Okubo Dojo established.
2004 Over 20 branches, apply to Hokkaido government for certification as a non-profit corporation.
Registered as a corporation.
2009 Beyond the 70 branches, all-Japan Seishinkai Karate Federation established.
2011 First overseas branch, Sri Lanka branch established.
2012 Soshi inherits from the Seishinryu faction union.
Become a completely independent organization and establish an international organization ISKF.
Trademark the name of Seishinryu and Seishinkai.
Appointed Master Mimura Kayoko as successor.
2015 Officially set Ryuha name as "Seishinryu Kenpo Karatedo"
Master Mimura Kayoko dies due to cancer.
2016 Constructed the Seishinkai Memorial Monument
