1957 | Founded by Grand Master Kikichi Kazuo. |

1976 | Okubo Katsumi is appointed as Grandmaster of Sapporo Branch from Grand Master Kikichi Kazuo. |
1983 | Grand Master Kikichi Kazuo passed away. |
1985 | Seishinryu karate Okubo Dojo established. |
2004 |
Over 20 branches, apply to Hokkaido government for certification as a
non-profit corporation. Registered as a corporation. |
2009 | Beyond the 70 branches, all-Japan Seishinkai Karate Federation established. |
2011 | First overseas branch, Sri Lanka branch established. |
2012 |
Soshi inherits from the Seishinryu faction union. Become a completely independent organization and establish an international organization ISKF. Trademark the name of Seishinryu and Seishinkai. Appointed Master Mimura Kayoko as successor. |
2015 |
Officially set Ryuha name as "Seishinryu Kenpo Karatedo" Master Mimura Kayoko dies due to cancer. |
2016 | Constructed the Seishinkai Memorial Monument |
